Equity investment in startups from Sicredi cooperatives' regions and across Brazil, with a minority stake taken.

Best for: Brazilian startups with validated product-market fit and paying customers.

  • Early revenue
  • Takes equity

With Sicredi Caminho das Águas, Sicredi Norte SC, Sicredi Pioneira, Sicredi Região Centro RS/MG

What you get, who can apply and how to apply

Comunitá is an investment vehicle of Sicredi cooperatives. It invests in startups that solve problems for cooperative members and communities, and it takes a minority equity stake in the startups it backs. The site says four startups have already received investment through it.

What you get

  • An equity investment sized to the startup's stage and needs.

Who can apply

  • Brazilian startups with validated product-market fit and traction with paying customers.
  • Pre-operational startups with an MVP are also welcome, according to the site.
  • Priority goes to startups that operate in, or plan to operate in, the cooperatives' territories.
  • Themes named by the site include health and healthy ageing for people over 50, smart and sustainable cities, financial wellbeing, cooperativism and Generation Z.

How selection works: a form, then a short pitch interview, then the Selection Committee of Ventiur and cooperative members, then the Investment Committee, which reviews the financial, accounting and legal analysis and sets the amount and equity. A contract follows the negotiation.

How to apply: fill in the online form on the programme page.

Acceleration for companies already approved in Tecnova III, built around each company's own diagnosis and work plan.

Best for: Companies already approved in Tecnova III.

  • Usually 6 to 9 months
What you get, who can apply and how to apply

Ventiur accelerates companies that have been approved in Tecnova III. Every journey starts with a diagnosis of the company's maturity, which looks at product, market, team, strategy, management, marketing and sales, finance, funding and governance. From that, Ventiur sets priorities and a work plan for the company, instead of a standard set of activities.

What you get

  • A personal diagnosis and work plan.
  • Mentoring and specialists chosen for the priorities identified.
  • Follow-up through goals, indicators and periodic reviews.
  • Connections with specialists, partners and, where there is fit, investors.
  • Support in preparing for later rounds of public or private funding, where it makes sense for the stage.

Who can apply

  • Companies already approved in Tecnova III.
  • Ventiur says it is credentialed for Tecnova III in 18 states. Whether a company can contract Ventiur depends on the rules of its state notice and on that state's credentialing, so check with the team first.

How to apply: use the contact form on the programme page. The Tecnova team then confirms the conditions for your state.

What you get, who can apply and how to apply

Inova Nordeste is an initiative of Sebrae units in Alagoas, Maranhão, Pernambuco, Piauí and Sergipe, with Ventiur coordinating it. Its pages also describe Ventiur as supporting the execution of the selection process, and one page names the national Sebrae as a partner too. • Possible evaluation for investment after the process, subject to the steps being completed and to available resources.

Who can apply

  • Startups in the five Northeast states that have validated their solution and have paying clients.
  • Registration does not guarantee selection.

How selection works: eligibility check, evaluation against the published criteria (problem, market, solution, business model, team, commercial validation, revenue and clients, execution capacity, differentiation and growth potential), possible interviews or document requests, then the selection notice.

How to apply: register through the official startup form, following the published notice and its closing date.

  • Grant support for selected startups

With Sebrae Alagoas

What you get, who can apply and how to apply

About Ventiur Aceleradora

Ventiur Smart Capital is an accelerator and angel-investment manager based in São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul. It says it has operated since 2013, combining acceleration, mentoring, connections and investment.

Every programme on this page is scoped to Brazil or to Brazilian states, so founders based in India are not eligible.

How its programmes work

Ventiur runs several different routes into its work, and each has its own rules. Comunitá is an equity investment vehicle run with Sicredi cooperatives, with Ventiur on its selection committee. Tecnova III acceleration is for companies that have already been approved in that state programme. Inova Nordeste is a single selection process for startups in five Northeast states, run with Sebrae units. The Desafio de Inovação in Alagoas links a company with a business problem to startups that can test a solution. Its investor training is an in-person executive course. Acelera Amapá 2026 is a closed batch.

Who can apply

Startups in Brazil can apply to the open routes, provided they meet that route's rules. Comunitá asks for validated product-market fit and paying customers, although its pages also welcome pre-operational startups with an MVP, and it gives priority to the territories of the participating cooperatives. Inova Nordeste asks for a validated solution and paying clients. Tecnova III acceleration requires prior approval in Tecnova III. Business owners and executives who want to invest in startups can apply to the investor training.

Scale and track record

The site reports that Ventiur has evaluated thousands of startups, invested in more than 100 businesses and gathered more than 500 investors in its network. These figures are self-reported. Its pages give different counts of businesses accelerated and of exits (10 and 14), and this page does not choose between them.

The site describes the aim of acceleration as leaving a company better prepared for its next stage. Depending on the business, that can mean work on market, sales, management, product, indicators, governance or capital. The same site says that a presence on a programme does not promise an investment or a contract.

Recognition

The site says Ventiur was named the best accelerator in Brazil by Anprotec in 2024 and 2026. It also says it is credentialed for Tecnova III in 18 states.

Who runs it

Ventiur Smart Capital runs or coordinates the programmes on this page. The Comunitá vehicle belongs to the Sicredi cooperatives, and Ventiur sits on its selection committee. Inova Nordeste is an initiative of Sebrae units. Its pages describe Ventiur both as managing the initiative and as supporting the execution of its selection process, and this page does not choose between the two.

What to know before you apply

The routes differ a great deal. An equity route, a public-funded acceleration, a regional selection process and a company-led challenge each ask for different things from a startup, so read the page for the route you choose. Some routes have no closing date on their page, and their status can change. The Acelera Amapá batch of 2026 is closed, and the site presents it as a report rather than an open call.

The site also publishes a separate page for each route, with its own form. Startups that are not sure which route fits can use the general contact address on the site.

Locations

The head office is in São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, in the Tecnosinos technology park. Programmes reach Alagoas, Amapá, the Northeast states named above and the states where Ventiur is credentialed for Tecnova III. The investor training is held in person, and the site does not name a city for it.
