About WE Leads
WE Leads is the top rung of the Social Impact Entrepreneurship ladder, for founders whose business already works and who want to grow it. WE Hub states it is a paid programme.
What you get
- Mentorship and resources to scale, with progress monitored and evaluated through the programme
- Work on product development, market entry, customer acquisition and revenue generation
- Introductions to seed funders, angel investors, venture funds and corporate partners
- A peer community of other women entrepreneurs
Who can apply
- A woman owning at least 51 per cent of a registered business trading for at least two years
- She must be an executive decision-maker and work at least three days a week in the business
- The business must show evidence of past growth
- A scalable model with realistic year-on-year revenue growth plans
- A commitment to keep innovating within the business
