Each member commits to share their issues, strengths, weaknesses, challenges, business strategies, systems, and goals in an atmosphere of trust and confidentiality.

This financing option is designed for small businesses that may not yet qualify for traditional bank loans but need capital to start, stabilize or expand their operations. The WT Enterprise Center provides coaching and guidance to applicants, helping them prepare business plans, financial projections and supporting documents. Eligibility generally requires applicants to be located in the Texas Panhandle region and show a feasible plan for using loan funds.
