One Person Company (OPC) Registration

How It Works

   Name Reservation

   We file RUN (Reserve Unique Name) on MCA for your OPC. The name must end with '(OPC) Private Limited'.

2. 2

   DSC and DIN

   Class 3 DSC and DIN are obtained for the sole director/member.

3. 3

   Nominee Consent

   A nominee member is identified and their consent (Form INC-3) is obtained. The nominee takes over if the sole member becomes incapacitated.

4. 4

   SPICe+ Filing

   Incorporation form is filed with MoA, AoA, nominee details, and registered office proof.

5. 5

   Certificate of Incorporation

   MCA issues the Certificate of Incorporation with '(OPC) Private Limited' suffix. PAN and TAN follow automatically.
