This competition invites participants to design and develop intelligent, real-world solutions by leveraging advanced AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning techniques, with a particular focus on visual data processing and robotics. Who Should Apply This hackathon is open to teams of 1 to 4 members. While open to all eligible participants, Bennett University students receive free registration. Participants are expected to have a foundational understanding of AI/ML/DL concepts and be prepared to build a functional prototype under time constraints. Tracks / Themes The central theme revolves around AI/ML/DL, visual data processing, and robotics. The specific problem statement will be revealed live at the venue, ensuring all teams work on the same challenge. Participants will be tasked with creating innovative solutions that demonstrate effective use of modern AI techniques and system integration. Format & Timeline The hackathon will run continuously for 18 hours on April 24th and 25th, 2026, as a single-round offline event. Teams must build a working prototype (MVP) that is fully functional and demo-ready by the end of the event. The demo format allows 5 minutes per team (2-3 minutes for live demonstration, 2 minutes for Q&A with judges). Evaluation will be continuous, with progress assessments at 4-hour intervals, and a final evaluation based on model performance, innovation, technical implementation, problem understanding, presentation, and consistency. Prizes A total cash prize pool of ₹10,000 is available, along with goodies for the top teams: Winner: ₹5,000 + Goodies Runner Up First: ₹3,000 + Goodies Runner Up Second: ₹2,000 + Goodies Eligibility Teams must consist of 1 to 4 members. All work must be original and developed entirely during the hackathon; pre-built or previously submitted projects are strictly prohibited. The use of open-source libraries, APIs, and pre-trained models is permitted with proper disclosure. All intellectual property (IP) rights, including source code and solutions developed, shall be the sole property of RoboGenesis. How to Apply Registration for the Deep Sight Challenge closes on April 17, 2026. The registration fee is ₹1000 per team (includes meals and refreshments) or ₹750 per team (without food). Registration is free for Bennett University students. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable, and no accommodation will be provided by the organizers.
