The standard subsidy provides coverage for 30% of the lease rental, capped at an annual maximum of ₹5,00,000. A notable feature of the policy is its strong emphasis on gender inclusivity, with majority women-owned startups (where women founders/directors hold over 50% equity) receiving an enhanced subsidy rate of 45% of their lease rental, while adhering to the same annual cap.
