Micro & Small Enterprises can receive 25% to 100% reimbursement depending on their geographical zone within West Bengal (Zone A: 25%, Zone B: 50%, Zone C: 75%, Zone D & E: 100%). Medium Enterprises are eligible for 75% reimbursement in Zones B, C, D, and E. This subsidy applies to the purchase of land and/or buildings, or land/building/shed taken on a minimum ten-year lease within any government/government-approved Industrial Park/Estate, specifically for setting up an approved project. The admissible amount is calculated proportionally based on the percentage of land/buildings utilized for the enterprise's project implementation. This fiscal support aims to reduce initial setup costs and encourage industrial development by easing the financial burden of regulatory compliance related to property acquisition.

The first application must be submitted within 12 months from the Date of Commencement of Commercial Production (DOCCP) or within 12 months from the date of notification of Banglashree (April 1, 2020), whichever is later, provided the DOCCP is within the scheme's validity period (i.e., by March 31, 2025).
