Udyam MSME Registration

Free, instant MSME certificate — gateway to collateral-free loans and government tenders

Validity: Lifetime — no renewal required; update if turnover crosses category threshold

What is Udyam MSME Registration?

Register on the Udyam portal (udyamregistration.gov.in) for free to get your MSME certificate. Unlock CGTMSE collateral-free loans, priority sector lending, government procurement preferences, and reduced trademark fees.

The Udyam Registration portal is integrated with PAN and GSTIN databases, so the self-declaration of turnover and investment is verified automatically by the system. Registration is free and paperless — no documents need to be uploaded. The certificate has no expiry date.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises — manufacturers, service providers, traders — whose investment in plant & machinery/equipment and annual turnover falls within MSME limits: Micro (investment ≤ ₹1 cr, turnover ≤ ₹5 cr), Small (≤ ₹10 cr, ≤ ₹50 cr), Medium (≤ ₹50 cr, ≤ ₹250 cr).

What is the difference between Udyog Aadhaar and Udyam?
