What is the maximum investment amount under this scheme?
The scheme offers matching investment up to ₹50 Lakhs (₹50,00,000) per startup.
Who is eligible to apply?
Startups must be DPIIT-registered, a Private Limited Company with at least 51% Indian ownership, registered in a Tier II or Tier III city, and have a market-ready product (preferably revenue-generating). They must work on tech-based products in domains like AI, Deep Tech, Cybersecurity, IoT, Blockchain, Fintech, Edtech, or Healthtech.
What is the funding type?
The funding is equity-based. The investment is a matching equity investment.
Is there an acceleration program?
Yes, the scheme includes a structured 6-month acceleration program for selected startups.
Which startups are not eligible?
Startups previously supported under the TIDE 2.0 (Scale up) or SAMRIDH schemes are not eligible. Also, startups involved in any legal disputes are ineligible.
How to apply?
Applications are accepted through a network of incubators. Each incubator has its own application link and deadline. Startups can choose an incubator from the list provided and apply before the deadline.
