What is the funding structure?

Who can apply?
Startups legally registered in India (preferably DPIIT-recognized), with at least 51% equity held by Indian promoters, an innovative tech-driven solution with a working prototype or MVP, and a minimum of 3 months association (or willingness to onboard) with ACIC-VGU Foundation.
Is there a moratorium period?
In case of loan-based support, there is a moratorium of up to 12 months.
