InvestoNet is the centre's route to early-stage capital. It brings entrepreneurs together with angel investors, corporate executives, venture capitalists and other people who want to back early-stage companies, and gives both sides a common place to build an investment proposition for an equity stake.
The centre provides standardised term sheets and documentation so the gap between an investor's first interest and a closed round is shorter — the stated aim is that its startups spend less time fundraising and more time growing.

The Atal Incubation Centre status checks out on both legs: the centre states it, and it appears on the Atal Innovation Mission's own public register of selected centres under the name AIC Shiv Nadar Research Foundation. Neither source publishes a funding period, so whether that support is still running cannot be told from public pages. The centre claims no other government recognition — no NIDHI, DST, MeitY or state-scheme status appears anywhere on its site. Uttar Pradesh's StartInUP is listed as a partner, which is not the same as being a state-recognised incubator.
