PABI's about page states that Punjab Agricultural University was given the incubator under RKVY-RAFTAAR in March 2019. RKVY-RAFTAAR sits under the Department of Agriculture Cooperation and Farmer Welfare in the central agriculture ministry. We could not cross-check this against a public register — the scheme's own portal publishes no searchable list of incubators — and PABI never states a sanction period, so whether the funding is still running cannot be told from its pages.
