MSMEs can receive financial assistance ranging from ₹37,500 to ₹1,50,000 per event, covering up to 75% of stall rent and actual travel expenses (train/bus for domestic, economy airfare for international) for up to 3 events annually, depending on the event's location.

How do I apply for the scheme?

Applications can be submitted offline by downloading and filling out Annexure 5.1 and submitting it to the respective DICC General Manager, or online via the e-Mitra portal by visiting a center or using your e-Mitra account.

Is there a deadline for submitting the application?

While the scheme itself is active until March 31, 2029, applications must be submitted within 6 months of attending the eligible fair or exhibition for which the claim is being made.

What is the process after I submit my application?

After submission, the General Manager of the DICC evaluates the application, and the District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC) approves and sanctions the incentive. An approval letter is then issued, and the assistance amount is disbursed to the enterprise’s registered bank account.

For participation in National/International Fairs/Exhibitions in Rajasthan: MSMEs can receive ₹37,500 or 75% of the stall rent per event, whichever is less, for a maximum of 3 events in a financial year. This also includes actual fare for 3-AC Class Train or AC Bus for 2 persons.
For participation in National/International Fairs/Exhibitions in other parts of India (outside Rajasthan): Financial assistance of ₹1,12,500 or 75% of the stall rent per event, whichever is less, for a maximum of 2 events in a financial year. This benefit also covers actual fare for 3-AC Class Train or AC Bus for 2 persons.
For participation in Fairs/Exhibitions organized abroad: MSMEs are eligible for ₹1,50,000 or 75% of the stall rent, whichever is less, for a maximum of 1 event in a financial year. This includes actual economy class airfare for 2 persons.

Benefits are provided as a reimbursement, making it easier for MSMEs to manage upfront costs and later claim the specified amounts. The scheme encourages continuous market engagement but with a cool-off period: after availing a benefit in a particular category, beneficiaries cannot claim it in the same category for the next two financial years, ensuring broader access across MSMEs.
