Early-stage farm and off-farm startups tackling rural enterprise challenges in Uttarakhand can apply to the REAP Farm & Off-Farm Startup Support Programme. Each selected startup gets a proposed seed grant of ₹1.5 lakh. The programme will incubate and support 20 startups.
It is organised by IIM Kashipur FIED with Uttarakhand Gramya Vikas Samiti (UGVS), under the Rural Enterprise Acceleration Project (REAP). Startups at the ideation, validation or early commercialisation stage can apply.
You also get structured incubation, mentoring, technical assistance, market linkages and chances to collaborate with rural enterprises.

Selected startups will receive a seed grant of ₹1.5 lakh, crucial for early-stage development and idea validation. Beyond funding, the program offers structured incubation support tailored to rural enterprise needs, comprehensive mentorship from industry experts and IIM Kashipur faculty, and technical assistance. Startups will also benefit from strong market linkages and pilot opportunities to test their solutions, alongside facilitated collaborations with rural enterprises, helping them integrate into the local ecosystem.

चयन प्रक्रिया
Applications will be initially screened based on their alignment with the program's focus on rural enterprise challenges in Uttarakhand and the potential impact of their farm or off-farm solutions. The Top 40 shortlisted applicants will then be invited to participate in a Physical Agrithon held at IIM Kashipur. Following the Agrithon, a final cohort of 20 high-potential early-stage startups will be selected for the structured incubation and seed funding support.
