About

Help Scout gives qualifying early-stage companies free access to Help Scout Plus for their first six months. Help Scout Plus covers shared inboxes, multi-channel support (email, live chat, WhatsApp),…

a knowledge base, advanced workflow automation, AI-powered drafting, and round-robin routing — the full platform needed to build a customer support operation from scratch. The offer also includes AI Answers, Help Scout's AI assistant that can automatically resolve routine customer requests, and access to 90+ integrations with popular tools across CRM, billing, analytics, and messaging. To qualify, a company must be a new Help Scout customer, an incorporated tech startup less than two years old, and generating under $1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). There are no stated geographic restrictions; Help Scout serves businesses globally. Applications are submitted through a short form on the program page covering company details, founding date, revenue tier, and business structure.

Free access covers the Help Scout Plus plan for the first 6 months from activation. Standard pricing applies after the free period.
