This event is designed to foster innovation, entrepreneurial thinking, and real-world problem-solving among undergraduate students, providing a platform to develop, refine, and present their startup ideas. Who Should Apply The competition is open to all undergraduate students, allowing for individual or team participation. Inter-college teams are permitted, and participants can even form teams on the event day. Format & Timeline Ideasprint takes place on April 17th, 2026, at Maturi Venkata Subba Rao Engineering College. The event structure includes a Panel Discussion in the Seminar Hall, featuring interactive sessions with entrepreneurs and industry professionals. Following this, participants will engage in multiple Pitching Rounds held in classrooms, where they will present their startup ideas. A multi-stage evaluation process will assess ideas based on innovation, creativity, feasibility, practicality, business model, scalability, presentation, communication, and problem-solution fit. Prizes A total cash prize pool of ₹20,000 is awarded to the top three teams: 1st Place: ₹10,000 + Certificate 2nd Place: ₹7,000 + Certificate 3rd Place: ₹3,000 Eligibility This competition is exclusively for undergraduate students. Teams can consist of 1 to 3 members. All participants must carry a valid college ID. How to Apply Registration requires a ticket price of ₹100 per person. Participants must first complete payment and registration on Unstop. Following this, a Private Luma Form needs to be filled to receive an Approval & QR Code, which will be sent to the registered email after manual payment verification. Approvals are processed daily from 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM. The registration deadline is April 16th, 2026.
