The IHFC–India Accelerator MedTech Impact Call 2026 is a high-impact funding and incubation initiative designed to accelerate innovation in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Launched by the I-Hub Foundation for Cobotics (IHFC) at IIT Delhi in collaboration with India Accelerator, this program aims to support startups that are building scalable, technology-driven healthcare solutions with strong clinical relevance and commercialization potential.
The program focuses on enabling startups to transition from validation stages to real-world deployment by providing both capital and ecosystem support. Selected startups gain access to co-investment opportunities of up to INR 5 crore, allowing them to advance product development, conduct clinical validation, and scale their solutions for broader adoption. This funding is complemented by structured incubation support, including mentorship from industry experts, guidance from academic and research institutions, and access to investor networks.
A key strength of the program lies in its integrated ecosystem, combining academic excellence from IIT Delhi with the venture-building expertise of India Accelerator. Startups benefit from strategic mentorship, industry connections, and opportunities to engage with healthcare stakeholders, including hospitals, public health systems, and private sector partners. This enables founders to refine their products in real-world environments and align with market needs.
The program targets a wide spectrum of healthcare innovation areas, including digital health, AI-driven diagnostics, telemedicine, advanced medical devices, biotechnology, public health technologies, and robotics in healthcare. By supporting startups across these domains, the initiative aims to drive meaningful impact in healthcare delivery, accessibility, and efficiency.
Shortlisted startups will have the opportunity to present their solutions at a dedicated pitching event, where they can showcase their innovations to investors and stakeholders. Based on performance and alignment, startups may be selected for further incubation and funding support.
