How to apply to Endiya Partners

Before you reach out

  • Endiya is a venture fund. It takes a stake in the companies it backs, so this is investment, not a grant.
  • Check that you build a product company in enterprise, industrial tech, intelligent mobility, healthcare or life sciences. Its site also names AI and deep tech.
  • It says it writes the first institutional cheque, so it fits companies that have not yet raised from a fund.

How to get in touch

  • Use the Write to us form on the contact page (name, email, message), or email the general inbox on the contact page.
  • The site gives no deadline, no written criteria and no promised reply time. It says it will get back to you shortly.

What helps

  • Read the about page and the portfolio list first so your message shows why your company fits its themes.
  • Say what your product is, who buys it and what you have built so far. Endiya says it looks for large and growing markets, well defined problems, strong teams and clear competitive advantage.
  • If you work in deep tech, follow the DEMO page for upcoming events and request its insight reports. Some editions are invite only.

About Endiya Partners

Endiya Partners is a thematic early-stage venture capital fund based in Hyderabad, with a second office in Silicon Valley. It describes itself as an operator VC, or co-founder VC, run by people who have built and scaled companies. This is an investor, not a grant or an incubator, so there is no application window, cohort or fixed programme to join.

What it invests in

Endiya says it was founded to enable the third wave of Indian entrepreneurship, led by scalable product companies. It names three areas it is excited about. The first is enterprise software. The second is industrial tech and intelligent mobility, where advanced technologies change industries and supply chains. The third is healthcare and life sciences, including digital therapeutics, AI-enabled diagnostics, medical devices, advanced therapies and biological engineering. Its home page and its contact line describe a launchpad for early-stage product companies in these areas, and its website tagline also names AI and deep tech.

How it works with founders

Endiya says it walks in early and writes the first cheque, taking on the highest risk as the first institutional investor. It also says it is not a spray and pray investor and puts its effort into a select number of companies. Because it takes a stake in the companies it backs, treat it as investment, not free grant money.

Beyond capital, the firm lists the help it gives portfolio companies: hiring to fill gaps in the core team, marketing and PR, product and technology insight, sales leads, entry into the US, SE Asia and MENA markets, business planning, public policy advice, and guidance on follow-on funding.

Initiatives

Endiya runs two initiatives for the wider ecosystem. DEMO (Deeptech Exponential Market Opportunities) brings founders, investors, corporates, policymakers and academia together through live product demos, curated showcases and panel discussions. It lists quarterly events across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Delhi, with past semiconductor and biotech editions. The semiconductor edition listed on its page is marked invite only. DEMO also publishes insight reports on India's semiconductor and biopharma sectors, which you can request through a form on the DEMO page. Game On! is a sports day for startups and VC firms; its first edition was held on 21 June 2025 in Bengaluru.

Portfolio

Companies on the Endiya portfolio page include Darwinbox, Kissht, Qapita, Scrut Automation, SigTuple, Sugar.Fit, Zluri, Eyestem, AquaExchange, Mylo, Perceptyne and Maieutic. The page tags each company by sector and shows whether it is active or has exited. Founders quoted on the site praise the advice and the network the team brings.

Who runs it

The team page lists Sateesh Andra as Managing Partner and Dr. Ramesh Byrapaneni as Managing Director, along with directors, a venture partner, a vice president, an associate and analysts. Endiya lists three funds, all registered with SEBI as alternative investment funds: Endiya Trust 1, Endiya Partners Trust 2 and Endiya Partners Trust III.

Where it is

The India office is in the Financial District, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad. The US office is in Cupertino, California. The site gives a phone line and one general email inbox for contact.
