The Social Trailblazer program nurtures the evolving ecosystem of Indian Social Enterprises. It promotes social enterprise development through investments and incubates start-ups that help address entrenched social and environmental problems and deliver positive change in our communities and societies by supporting them with financial as well as technical assistance to build their capacity, make them market-ready and help them scale their business. The Key incentives of the program are as follows: Financial award of up to INR 25,00,000 in the form of Equity Funding and up to INR 5,00,000 in the form of Grant Funding for the top 10-12 selected startups 1 year of personalized incubation and acceleration support at IRMA ISEED Foundation.

About ISEED

ISEED, the Incubator for Social Enterprises and Entrepreneurs for Development, is an initiative of the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) that supports and nurtures early-stage rural, social and collective enterprises. It draws on Dr Verghese Kurien's approach to rural empowerment and cooperative development, and states its aim as the sustainable, ecologically-friendly, and equitable socio-economic development of rural people through entrepreneurship. The incubator works with ventures in climate action, healthcare, agriculture, animal welfare and livelihood development, along with adjacent rural sectors. Support on offer covers business advisory, seed funding, training and capacity building, impact evaluation, research and technical assistance, and wider ecosystem building. It runs both current and completed programmes for entrepreneurs at different stages. ISEED operates from the IRMA campus on University Road near NDDB in Anand, Gujarat, and founders reach it through its programme intakes and direct enquiry.
