About General incubation at SIIC
This is the way in if you are not applying to a specific funded call. Applications are open all year through SIIC's incubation portal, and you can apply as a company with a CIN or as an individual.
What you get
- A seat in SIIC's co-working space at IIT Kanpur or Noida, with 24-hour access, meeting rooms, printing, power backup and event space
- Shared access to IIT Kanpur's labs and instruments, booked through your portfolio manager
- An assigned portfolio manager, business mentorship, and industry and investor connects
- Eligibility to be put forward for SIIC's funded programmes as they open
Who can apply
- Founders from anywhere, not only IIT Kanpur people — the form's options are IIT Kanpur alumnus, FEP or External
- Individuals as well as registered companies
- Applicants are asked for a DPIIT recognition certificate
- You must declare any existing association with another incubator
How selection works: SIIC reviews the written application, the pitch deck and the video, then takes shortlisted teams forward.
How to apply: Fill the incubation application on SIIC's incubation portal, reachable from the Incubate Now button on its site. You will need co-founder CVs and KYC, a pitch deck, a video link and your DPIIT certificate. General questions go to siic@iitk.ac.in.
