How It Works

   Select Structure and Free Zone or Jurisdiction

   Assess whether a Free Zone, Mainland, or Offshore structure best suits your business activity, customer base, and commercial objectives.

   Name Reservation and Activity Registration

   Reserve the proposed company name and register the approved business activity with the relevant Free Zone authority or Department of Economy and Tourism.

3. 3

   Submit Incorporation Application and Documents

   File the incorporation application with the chosen authority along with shareholder and director KYC documents.

   Obtain Trade Licence and Incorporation Certificate

   Receive the Trade Licence and Certificate of Incorporation from the Free Zone authority or DET.

5. 5

   UAE Visa Application

   Apply for investor or partner visa(s) for the founders and any employees requiring UAE residency, including medical fitness tests and Emirates ID registration.

6. 6

   Bank Account Opening and FEMA Compliance

   Open a UAE corporate bank account and report the overseas investment to the authorised dealer bank in India under FEMA ODI framework.
