How It Works

    Document Preparation

    We prepare the application with premises address proof, NOC from the property owner, and ID proof of the establishment's owner/director.

    Online Filing via Aaple Sarkar

    Application is filed on the Aaple Sarkar portal (aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in) or Shram Suvidha portal.

    Payment of Fees

    Government fee is paid online based on the number of employees.

  4. 4

    Certificate Issuance

    The Gumasta certificate (Registration Certificate under the MSEA) is issued online within 3–5 working days.
