    Base Mark Verification

    Your Indian trademark application or registration is verified. The international application is based on this mark.

    Country Selection

    MM2 Form Filing

    The international application (Form MM2(e)) is filed through the Indian Trademark Office (CGPDTM), which forwards it to WIPO.

    WIPO Processing

    WIPO reviews the application for formalities and notifies designated countries.

    Country Examination

    Each designated country examines the mark under its own laws. We manage objections through local associates in each country.
