How It Works

   Name Reservation via RUN-LLP

   We reserve your LLP name on the MCA portal. The name must include 'LLP' or 'Limited Liability Partnership' as a suffix.

   DSC for Designated Partners

   Class 3 DSC is obtained for all designated partners who will be signing the incorporation forms.

3. 3

   DIN / DPIN Application

   Designated Partner Identification Numbers are allotted for all designated partners.

4. 4

   FiLLiP Form Filing

   The Form for Incorporation of LLP (FiLLiP) is filed with the ROC along with subscriber sheets and address proof for the registered office.

5. 5

   LLP Agreement Filing (Form 3)

   The LLP Agreement (covering profit-sharing, management, and exit provisions) is filed within 30 days of incorporation. We draft this for you.

6. 6

   Certificate of Incorporation

   The ROC issues the LLP's Certificate of Incorporation with an LLPIN. PAN and TAN are applied simultaneously.
