Partnership firms registered under Section 59 of the Indian Partnership Act 1932 are eligible for DPIIT Startup India recognition and can access MSME cluster development grants, PMEGP loans, NIDHI-PRAYAS, and select state-level startup schemes. They also benefit from NSIC subsidies, Udyam registration perks, NABARD rural enterprise grants, and SIDBI's Stand-Up India scheme for women and SC/ST founders.
