The EMERGE Pre-Incubation Program by AIC-Pinnacle Entrepreneurship Forum is designed as an entry-level platform for aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage innovators who are at the ideation or prototyping stage. This zero-equity virtual program focuses on guiding founders through the critical early phases of startup development, where clarity, validation, and direction are often lacking. It provides a structured roadmap to help participants move from idea conceptualization to prototype development and early validation. Through curated sessions and guided learning, participants gain exposure to the foundational aspects of building a startup, including product thinking, customer discovery, and market alignment.
Participants benefit from mentorship provided by experienced founders, industry experts, and ecosystem enablers. This mentorship plays a key role in helping founders refine their ideas, identify viable business models, and avoid common early-stage pitfalls. The program also includes guidance on building prototypes, preparing pitch decks, and understanding the fundamentals of fundraising, branding, and intellectual property.
In addition to learning and mentorship, EMERGE emphasizes practical execution. Founders are encouraged to actively work on their ideas, validate assumptions, and iterate on their solutions during the program.
