NITI AAYOG-Atal Incubation Center (AIM-AIC)

Grant scheme

Supports world-class innovation and dynamic entrepreneurs, providing seed fund schemes up to Rs. 12.5 lakhs (debt/equity) with matching funds.

Eligibility: Incubatee should be a registered company with a minimum of 3 months affiliation with the AIC. The investee company has to be an India-registered enterprise. The shareholding of Indian Promoter / Host Institutions in the incubate startup should be at least 51%. The funding will not be provided predominantly for capital equipment.

MeitY TIDE 2.0 (Technology Incubation and Development of Entrepreneurs TIDE 2.0)

Grant scheme

Promotes tech entrepreneurship through financial and technical support to startups using emerging technologies. Offers EiR stipend up to INR 4 Lakhs, grant support up to INR 7 Lakhs, and grant-in-aid up to 40 lakhs for product development & market outreach.

Eligibility: The applicant must have a startup working with an innovative idea and must be using technology. The startup must be registered as a Private Limited /Limited Liability Partnership in India. The founders should be Indian citizens with a minimum 50% shareholding. The startup should not be more than 10 years old and have an annual turnover not exceeding Rs.25 lakhs. DPIIT certification may be preferred.

Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS)

Grant scheme

Provides seed funding up to Rs. 50 Lakhs or Grant up to Rs. 20 Lakhs to startups with innovative ideas for proof of concept trials.

Eligibility: A DPIIT-recognized startup, incorporated not more than 2 years ago, with a business idea for a market-fit product/service, viable commercialization, and scalability. The startup must use technology in its core product/service or business model. Preference is given to innovative solutions in social impact, waste management, financial inclusion, education, agriculture, healthcare, energy, mobility, etc. Startups should not have received more than Rs 10 lakh monetary support from other government schemes. Shareholding by Indian promoters must be at least 51%.

MSME Innovative Scheme - Incubation

Incubation

Supports innovative ideas and technologies with funding up to ₹15 lakh per idea, mentorship, validation, prototyping, and commercialization assistance.

Eligibility: Innovators, startups, and MSMEs with innovative ideas requiring proof-of-concept validation and commercialization support.

Idea Utsav - Idea Validation Workshop

Programme

A virtual workshop for early-stage entrepreneurs to present ideas, receive expert feedback, and identify next steps in their entrepreneurial journey.

Designed for individuals at the ideation or prototype stage, the workshop helps participants understand the feasibility and potential of their startup concepts. It's a monthly offering where participants pitch to a panel of mentors, industry professionals, and ecosystem enablers, receiving actionable insights and feedback. Selected startups may be considered for further support under AIC-Pinnacle’s Pre-incubation/Incubation programs.

ATL-Student Innovative Program

Programme

A program aimed at cultivating innovative young minds by providing sessions on design thinking, problem statement and solution development, prototype development, networking, marketing, finance, and go-to-market strategies.

About AIC-Pinnacle Entrepreneurship Forum

AIC-Pinnacle Entrepreneurship Forum is a Section 8 not-for-profit entity based in Pune, supported by Atal Innovation Mission (NITI Aayog), Ministry of MSME, DPIIT, and MeitY. It runs a structured 12-month incubation program divided into four modules: Idea & Research, Funding Access, Product Development, and GTM Strategies, providing comprehensive entrepreneurship training.

The EMERGE Pre-Incubation Program serves aspiring entrepreneurs at the ideation or prototyping stage across sectors. Focus areas include EV and mobility, sustainability, climate tech, robotics, AI, healthtech, and advanced manufacturing. The centre has incubated 60+ startups in both pre-incubation and full incubation stages, and disbursed Rs 1.5 crore in FY23 under various government schemes.
