Supports TN-based Deep and Emerging Tech startups. Aims to bring together angel investors, HNIs’, institutional VCs to create the Foundation Network. Invests in Pre-seed, seed rounds for incubation and initial product development, and Pre-series A for acceleration, final product development and market entry. Investment mode up to INR 40 lakh as Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) or Direct equity. Eligibility includes being registered in Tamil Nadu as a Private Limited Company, an Indian startup (not subsidiary of MNC/Foreign Company), and 51% Indian promoter shareholding. Applications are received in conjunction with the PATHFINDER incubation & iAccelerate acceleration programs.
