These programs are conducted for underprivileged / unemployed youth / Socially / Economically Weaker Section of the Society. They include 20-30% Theory Sessions and 70-80% Practical Sessions, tutorials, lectures, multimedia aids, interactive sessions, hands-on practical exposure on state-of-the-art equipment/machinery, industrial visits, additional inputs on soft skills and personality development, and guest lecturers from industrial experts. Participants receive uniform, shoes, training kit, and a course completion certificate. CIPET supports in providing employment to about 80% of the candidates.

These programs are conducted in categories such as Regular programs for individual & group of students; CAD/CAM programs for students / individual / freshers; Onsite / Tailor-made / Modular programs for persons working in industry; In-plant / Exposure programs for final year college students / persons working in industry; Specialized Programs for working Professionals; Seminars / Re-Skilling on Waste Management (Plastics / e-Waste); and Training program for Academia / Industry representatives. Examples include CAD/CAM with Mould Design & Development, CNC Milling Programming & Operating, Plastics Product Design, Injection Moulding, and Polymer Coatings.

These programs are structured upon close collaboration with the industry to suit specific industry requirements. They are constantly fine-tuned to ensure that personnel from plastics industries are updated with the latest trends in technology and can get their technical problems solved through interaction and exchange of ideas with CIPET faculty.
