Geek Space Business Centre

How to get in touch

Geek Space is a workspace provider rather than a programme you apply to, so there is no cohort, form or selection process. To take space, contact the centre directly about availability for the arrangement you need.

Choosing the right arrangement

• A shared desk on weekday hours: the day-shift coworking seat.
• Longer weekday hours plus Saturday access: the extended-hours seat.
• A team working to United States or United Kingdom timings: the night-shift seat, which covers evening-to-early-morning hours.
• A private room for your team: a dedicated cabin or serviced office.
• Just an address and reception, without a permanent desk: a virtual office.

What to check before committing

Confirm exactly which hours, days and services a plan includes, and whether utilities and other bills are bundled in, since these differ between the shared-seat and private-office options.

Geek Space Business Centre is a facilities-management and office-space company in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. It describes itself as a business centre that provides fully furnished workspace and serviced offices for teams, and it has operated since early 2018. Its registered entity is a private limited company in Telangana, incorporated in 2018.

What it offers

Geek Space sells workspace rather than running a startup programme. Its office is on the 12th floor of Manjeera Trinity Corporate on the JNTU-Hitech City Road, near the KPHB Phase 3 metro area of Kukatpally. The core offering is plug-and-play space: a team can take furnished seats or a serviced office and move in without setting up the fit-out, utilities and services themselves.

The centre lists coworking seats on more than one access pattern. A day-shift seat covers regular weekday hours in shared space with bills included. An extended-hours option adds longer weekday access together with Saturday. A night-shift seat is aimed at teams working to United States or United Kingdom timings, covering evening-to-early-morning hours on weekdays. Alongside shared desks, Geek Space offers dedicated cabins and serviced offices for teams that want their own room, and virtual-office arrangements for businesses that need an address and reception rather than a permanent desk.

Who it is for

Geek Space is an office-space provider, not a startup incubator or accelerator. It does not run cohorts, mentoring, funding calls or a startup intake, and it does not state a sector or stage focus. On its own site it once calls itself a "business centre, Incubator", but the only service behind that word is furnished workspace for rent. Founders and small teams looking for a desk, a cabin, a serviced office or a registered address in north-west Hyderabad are the people it serves; founders looking for an incubation programme, grant support or equity investment will not find one here.

Where it is

The centre operates from Kukatpally in Hyderabad, Telangana, close to the Hitech City IT corridor. Enquiries about space go to the centre's general office inbox.
