InnovHer is a venture-building ecosystem based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It describes itself as a platform that brings together strategy, technology, capital, capability and connections to help ambitious ideas become stronger, more structured and scalable businesses. Its public launch was on 5 November 2023, and its founder director is Dr. Shweta Choudhary.

How InnovHer works with founders

InnovHer is not a single programme. It is a set of arms that a venture can use at different points. InnovACE is the accelerator. Bharat Ventures is a venture acceleration platform for startups building for India's diverse markets. A venture studio arm co-builds ventures, and a separate arm, i2i, aims to turn early innovations into market-tested enterprises. Other arms cover brand and growth work, technology, and an AI-led research layer called InnovPulse. InnovZ is a six-month immersive experience for Gen Z and next-generation members of business families, aimed at exposure to startups and venture investing rather than funding.

InnovACE accelerator

InnovACE is an intensive 18-month accelerator for founders and ventures ready to move from potential to measurable growth. It combines strategic guidance, founder capability, market access, mentorship, business networks, investment readiness and opportunities for capital and collaboration. Admitted founders go through onboarding and are placed in a batch. Applications go through an online form on the InnovHer site, and all submissions are reviewed by the InnovACE investment team. The site does not publish fixed eligibility rules, intake dates, fees or the terms on which it takes equity, so ask before you apply.

One page on the site invites applications for a cohort in diagnostics, women's health, mental health, accessible care and medical devices, so intakes may be sector-specific.

Bharat Ventures

Bharat Ventures works with founders to find critical business gaps, set priorities and turn strategy into measurable action. It covers operations, teams and governance, financial models, valuations and pitch materials, and introductions to mentors, industry professionals, strategic partners and investors. It is aimed at technology-led ventures solving real business or social problems. The site gives a contact route rather than an application form for this arm.

Studio-I

Studio-I is InnovHer's collaborative workspace and startup ecosystem hub in Jaipur, for founders, professionals, mentors, investors and growing teams. Beyond desks, it is used for founder meetups, sector roundtables and after-hours community evenings. The address given on the site is Innovation Corridors, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302022. Pricing and seat counts are not published, so contact InnovHer to explore it.

Who it is for

The site states that regardless of gender, geography or background, ambition is the only currency that matters. Despite the name, InnovHer does not present itself as women-only. Its events and writing focus on Rajasthan and Tier-2 India, direct-to-consumer brands and technology.

Events and network

InnovHer has held a first portfolio showcase in Jaipur, a six-month milestone event on 9 July 2024 at Club Neo, Horizon Tower, and direct-to-consumer events at Studio-I. Its network page lists incubators, angel networks, chambers and institutions including TiE, FICCI FLO, ASSOCHAM, iStart and the JITO Angel Network.
