Focuses on developing 150 existing SHG-operated enterprises in manufacturing, services, handicrafts, and food processing. Eligibility: individual entrepreneurs with minimum annual earnings of Rs 12 lakh, or group entrepreneurs with Rs 15 lakh, operating in non-agricultural manufacturing or services. Minimum duration of support is 18 months, with a total project duration of 3 years. Benefits include leadership capacity development, product quality and design improvement, business expansion, networking, financial assistance (up to 75% funding; up to Rs 15 lakh for large businesses, Rs 7.5 lakh for group businesses, Rs 6 lakh for individual businesses), and soft loans (interest-free, 3-year term with 6-month moratorium). Requires 25% self-contribution. Funds can be spent on machinery, equipment, and working capital. Includes guidance, training, licensing, market access, branding, and digital training support.
