Launched with a vision to build a robust, accessible entrepreneurship ecosystem in India — with deliberate focus on women entrepreneurs and founders from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities — I-Venture is among the most active business-school incubators in the country.

Track Record

  • 250+ startups incubated across cohorts
  • 50+ women-led startups supported
  • Alumni have collectively raised meaningful follow-on capital from Indian and global VCs

Flagship Programmes

I-WIN (Women of Innovation Accelerator) — A 6-month, sector-agnostic virtual accelerator for revenue-generating, women-founded or women-co-founded startups. I-WIN provides mentoring, business-model fine-tuning, go-to-market strategy, process standardisation, internationalisation support, and curated investor connects. Cohort 5 is the latest call.

ivi (I-Venture Immersive) — A 6-month programme open to aspiring founders, recent graduates, tech professionals, and women entrepreneurs. No CAT/GMAT/GRE required. Combines ISB faculty teaching with hands-on venture building.

DiscoverShe — A roadshow-led initiative that takes ISB's entrepreneurship platform into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, providing women micro-entrepreneurs a stage to pitch ideas and engage with investors, mentors, and other stakeholders.

Core Incubation — Long-term incubation for ISB-affiliated and external founders building scalable ventures, with access to ISB faculty, AIC at ISB (a sister entity), corporate partners, and the broader ISB alumni investor network.

Sectors

Sector-agnostic with strong representation across SaaS, consumer brands, healthtech, agritech, fintech, edtech, and impact ventures.

Eligibility

Varies by programme. I-WIN requires a women-founded or co-founded venture with revenue traction; ivi is open to early-stage founders and pre-founders; core incubation looks for scalable, defensible businesses preferably with traction.
