KL Technology Incubators Foundation (KLTIF) is a startup incubation centre hosted at KL Deemed-to-be University in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Established in 2018 with support from the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, KLTIF aims to nurture innovation and entrepreneurship culture in semi-urban and rural India.
The incubator provides access to world-class R&D labs, modern equipment, an extensive mentor and industry network, and state-of-the-art operating facilities. KLTIF has partnered with MeitY under the TIDE 2.0 programme to provide financial support to early-stage startups through grants and mentorship. Since inception, the foundation has incubated over 20 startups from across the country, collectively creating more than 100 jobs. The broader university ecosystem through the Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship has mentored the creation of over 125 startups and 300-plus entrepreneurs with investment of approximately INR 20 crore and five technology commercialisations.
