KLIC was established to support India's Atmanirbhar Bharat vision and serves as a catalyst for Madhya Pradesh's startup economy. The center operates as both a startup incubator and accelerator, providing:

• ₹1 Crore dedicated seed fund for early-stage and PoC-stage startups
• Co-working spaces and technical infrastructure
• Mentorship from industry experts, legal advisors, and financial consultants
• Support through hackathons, startup expos, and innovation programs
• Access to LNCT's network of 25+ campuses across Central India
