The range of technical services provided through these centres include skill development in Hi-Tech as well as conventional trades, material and product testing at our testing laboratories accredited by NABL / BIS, common facilities, energy audit, environment management etc.

The portal aims at significantly reducing/eliminating the challenge of weak marketing, Market access and visibility of MSMEs in the country. It provides online platform for B2B marketing and connecting MSMEs with the buyer and suppliers all over the world. Offers features like digital presence, showcasing products/services, tender alerts, trade leads, RFQ, franchise/subcontracting/distribution opportunities.

NSIC enters into MOUs with banks to provide credit facilitation. MSMEs can approach NSIC branch offices for handholding support in completing documentation and follow-up with banks, offered without any cost. This scheme facilitates credit by integrating various public and private sector banks, allowing MSMEs to apply for new banks or switch accounts.

The scheme identifies manufacturers of key machinery, targets leading seminars/exhibitions for latest technology/machinery onboarding, and creates a pool of suppliers. It ensures detailed information, verification, and secured transactions. Eligibility requires Indian manufacturers or authorized Indian dealers of imported machines with a minimum turnover of Rupees One Crore or more for machinery sales in the last financial year. NSIC assists in empanelment and buyer process.

The scheme covers Micro & Small Enterprises registered under NSIC's Single Point Registration Scheme (SPRS). NSIC acts as a facilitator, recommending the lowest bidder to buyers (Central/State Governments, PSUs, Local bodies, Public/reputed Private Sector Companies). NSIC's role is strictly facilitative, ensuring a streamlined and transparent process. Annual fees apply based on monetary limit under SPRS, with exemptions for SC/ST entrepreneurs. NSIC charges 5% (inclusive of GST) as facilitation fees.

The MSME Global Mart is a one-stop platform for networking opportunities, disseminating sector-specific trade leads and tender information. It enables digital presence, showcases products/services 24x7, offers keyword-based tender alerts, trade leads, RFQ, franchise, subcontracting, and distribution opportunities. It also supports the 'Make In India' economy by connecting small and local businesses to national and international markets. Financial assistance is available under the 'Adoption of e-Commerce Policy under PMS Scheme' for micro enterprises, covering 75% of annual membership/subscription fees or contingency expenses, and 80% for Micro and Small Enterprises under NSSH scheme.

The objective is to facilitate MSMEs in technology adoption, achieve higher business efficiencies, automation, and compliance. Services include Software Services (ERP, Accounting, Manufacturing Design, Regulatory Compliance), Cloud Services (PaaS, SaaS), Digital Infrastructure (IaaS, Hardware, Smart devices), AI Solutions, IoT and M2M solutions, and B2B/B2C E-Commerce Solutions. Service providers must offer 'off-the-shelf' and 'plug-n-play' products/services. NSIC charges 6% service charge as an aggregator. MSMEs can apply online or offline, making full payment, with NSIC arranging fulfillment through the service provider.
