NXP Semiconductors

NXP Semiconductors is a global semiconductor company with operations in India spanning over 50 years, employing more than 2,500 engineers across offices in Bengaluru, Noida, Hyderabad, and Pune. NXP drives deep-tech entrepreneurship in India through the NXP India Tech Startup Challenge, now in its sixth season, which identifies and supports high-potential startups in semiconductor innovation, intelligent systems, and advanced electronics engineering.

The top three startups in each challenge cohort share a prize pool of INR 10 lakh and receive structured mentorship from NXP's technical leadership. NXP also partners with MeitY on the Semiconductor Startup Incubation and Acceleration Program (SIPS) to identify, facilitate, and establish semiconductor and IP design startups. Ecosystem partners include Electropreneur Park, SFAL, and INCeNSE at IISc Bengaluru.
