PSG-STEP

PSG-STEP (PSG Science & Technology Entrepreneurial Park) was established in 1998 at PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, with support from the Department of Science & Technology (DST), IDBI, and ICICI. It is one of India's oldest and most established technology business incubators, leveraging the core strengths of PSG College of Technology across multiple engineering and science disciplines.

With approximately 100,000 sq ft of incubation facilities, PSG-STEP fosters tech-based ventures in software, electronics, hi-tech mechanical engineering, eco-friendly textiles, biotechnology, and nanotechnology. Supported by NSTEDB, DST, BIRAC, and MeitY, the incubator has created dedicated incubation centres in information technology, electronics, nanotechnology, and biotechnology, and has supported more than 184 startups to date. PSG-STEP provides incubation space, shared laboratory and equipment facilities for product development, mentoring and technical advice through its extensive networks, and early-stage seed funding.
