T-Works is India's largest prototyping centre, an initiative of the Government of Telangana launched in March 2023 in Hyderabad. Phase 1 spans 78,000 square feet near T-Hub in Raidurg and provides on-demand, subsidised prototyping services to help startups and innovators move from prototype to product faster. The facility includes laser cutting and engraving, environmental and vibration testing labs, metrology equipment, electronics labs, 3D printing, metal and wood shops, a ceramics studio, and garage space. T-Works Access Programs give startups direct access to world-class prototyping facilities, expert guidance, and a collaborative maker community. Phase 2 will expand the campus to 250,000 square feet over 4.89 acres, with satellite centres planned in towns like Warangal, Karimnagar, and Nizamabad to reach innovators in smaller cities and rural areas.
Hardware startups, product designers, MSMEs, and innovators who need access to prototyping and testing infrastructure without heavy capital investment. Student makers, hobbyists, and defence-tech ventures in Telangana benefit from the subsidised rates and the breadth of fabrication tools available under one roof.
