How It Works

1. 1

   Gap analysis

   We assess your current processes against the chosen ISO standard and produce a gap report with prioritised actions.

2. 2

   Documentation

   Quality Manual, policies, procedures, and records required by the standard are prepared or improved.

3. 3

   Implementation and training

   Processes are implemented and staff trained on the new or updated procedures.

4. 4

   Internal audit

   We conduct an internal audit to verify conformity before the certification audit.

5. 5

   Certification audit

   Stage 1 (document review) and Stage 2 (implementation audit) conducted by an accredited certification body. Non-conformities addressed.

6. 6

   Certificate issued

   The certification body issues the ISO Certificate on successful completion of the Stage 2 audit.
