This competition challenges students, researchers, developers, innovators, and professionals worldwide to develop impactful and innovative solutions using emerging technologies for real-world and humanitarian challenges. Who Should Apply This hackathon is open globally to students, researchers, developers, innovators, and professionals. Participants must register in teams of 2–4 members. Inter-college, inter-specialization, and cross-domain teams are highly encouraged to foster diverse collaboration. Tracks / Themes Participants can choose to innovate within three key tracks: Quantum Computing: Explore the potential of quantum technologies to solve complex problems. Cyber Security: Develop robust solutions to enhance digital safety and combat cyber threats. AI for Societal Good: Leverage Artificial Intelligence to create positive social impact and address humanitarian issues. Competition Format & Timeline The competition features a two-round format. Round 1 is an Online Qualification Round with a submission window of approximately 30 days, requiring teams to submit a solution document, pitch video, GitHub repository, and team declaration. The top 10 teams from each track will then qualify for Round 2. Round 2 is an Offline Grand Finale held in Pune, India. This one-day in-person event will involve final prototype building, demonstration, and evaluation by judges, mentors, and industry experts. Teams can choose from provided problem statements or propose their own innovative problem aligned with their selected track, focusing on practical, scalable, ethical, and impactful solutions. Important Dates: Registration Deadline: 15 June 2026 Round 1 Submission Deadline: 15 July 2026 Result Announcement (Round 1): 25 July 2026 Grand Finale (Offline in Pune): 8 August 2026 Prizes The total cash prize pool for Hack4Humanity 2026 is ₹75,000, distributed among the top teams across the different tracks. In addition to cash prizes, participants will receive participation and winner certificates, mentorship opportunities, networking access with industry experts, global exposure, and significant recognition and awards.
