Eligible applicants include Jute Artisans, Micro Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) units, Exporters, Women Self Help Groups (SHGs), and beneficiaries trained by a Jute Raw Material Centre & Production Centre. A formal request in the prescribed format is also required.

Yes, if you apply for a trademark for the developed product within the initial one-year confidentiality period, you will have full rights to manufacture, market, and export the product up to the registered trademark period. However, you must bear the entire cost of trademark registration and any legal actions against infringement yourself.
