This is BEA's structured route for a startup that wants sustained support. Applications are open on an online form with no published deadline. You choose an expected stay of three, six, twelve or eighteen months, and the form asks what you need from incubation and what funding you are looking for. BEA does not describe a fund of its own.

Who can apply

  • Startups at idea, prototype, MVP, revenue or growth stage.
  • Entities from an individual or proprietorship up to a private limited company.
  • Founders from anywhere in India; the state list on the form includes Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Delhi and other states.
  • DPIIT recognition is optional. The incorporation certificate and a pitch deck are required; a DPIIT certificate and a GSTIN are asked for only if you have them.

आवेदन कैसे काम करते हैं

हर रास्ते का अपना फ़ॉर्म है। इनक्यूबेशन आवेदन सबसे लंबा है और वही दस्तावेज़ माँगता है। कोवर्किंग फ़ॉर्म आपकी संस्था, आपको कितनी सीटें चाहिए, कब शुरू करना चाहते हैं, कितने समय तक रहने की योजना है और स्थान किस काम के लिए चाहिए, यह पूछता है। सदस्यता का अपना पंजीकरण फ़ॉर्म है। पाठ्यक्रम की पूछताछ एक छोटा फ़ॉर्म है जिसमें आपका नाम और मोबाइल नंबर चाहिए। साइट पर कहीं भी अंतिम तिथि नहीं दी गई है और न ही यह बताया गया है कि अगला नामांकन कब खुलेगा, इसलिए सीधे पूछना उपयोगी है।

फ़ॉर्म में क्या माँगा जाता है

इनक्यूबेशन आवेदन स्टार्टअप का नाम, निगमन की तिथि, चरण, इकाई का प्रकार और पंजीकृत पता, संस्थापकों की पहचान, निगमन प्रमाण-पत्र और पिच डेक माँगता है। DPIIT मान्यता और GSTIN वैकल्पिक हैं। यह यह भी पूछता है कि आप किस तरह के फ़ंडिंग की तलाश में हैं — यह आपकी ज़रूरत का प्रश्न है, BEA के धन का प्रस्ताव नहीं।

Enterprising Zone परिसर में BEA का इनक्यूबेशन और व्यवसाय सुविधा केंद्र 7,000 वर्ग फ़ुट में फैला है और, इसके अपने शब्दों में, यह अंशदान और अनुदानों से चलता है। उसी परिसर में गैर-लाभकारी कोवर्किंग ऑफ़िस भी है, जहाँ आवेदक केबिन या एक से चार या उससे अधिक सीटों में से चुन सकता है।
