Startup Agri-Business Incubation Programme (Seed Stage)

Incubation

Nurtures & scales early-stage ideas & startups into sustainable businesses, offering Grant-in-Aid of upto INR 25,00,000.

The program provides access to business & technology validation, strong mentoring & advisory, market linkages & connections with a view to create impactful solutions in the agriculture ecosystem. Phase 1: 1-Month Incubation Program focuses on technical validations, business assessments, IP and other checks to create a feasible, viable, and scalable product ready for the market. Finally, the participants get to pitch their product to our panel of experts and the selected startups have the opportunity to get incubation with a Grant-in-Aid of upto INR 25,00,000. Phase 2: 1-Year Incubation Program provides mentoring and grant-in-aid of upto INR 25,00,000 (in milestone based 3-tranches) to commercially launch their product. Startups are mentored to run & sustain their business, grow their market linkages & connections, and develop a plan for scaling up, along with field trials and pilot opportunities.

About IEF of CCSNIAM

इनोवेशन एंड एंटरप्रेन्योरशिप फेडरेशन (IEF) चौधरी चरण सिंह राष्ट्रीय कृषि विपणन संस्थान (CCS NIAM), जयपुर का कृषि-व्यवसाय इनक्यूबेशन अनुभाग है — यह भारत सरकार द्वारा 1988 में कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय के तहत स्थापित एक प्रमुख राष्ट्रीय संस्थान है, जिसका उद्देश्य प्रशिक्षण, अनुसंधान, शिक्षा और परामर्श के माध्यम से कृषि विपणन को बढ़ावा देना है।

IEF को कृषि, सहकारिता एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग द्वारा नॉलेज पार्टनर नामित किया गया है, जो RKVY-RAFTAAR योजना के निष्पादन के लिए है। यह योजना कृषि और संबद्ध क्षेत्रों में कृषि-उद्यमिता और नवाचार को बढ़ावा देती है। अपने इनोवेशन, एंटरप्रेन्योरशिप एंड स्किल डेवलपमेंट सेंटर के माध्यम से, IEF संरचित इनक्यूबेशन कोहॉर्ट्स चलाता है जो संस्थापकों को विचार से लेकर व्यावसायिक व्यवहार्यता तक ले जाते हैं।

कार्यक्रम। IEF दो-चरणों वाला मार्ग प्रदान करता है: शुरुआती विचार वाले संस्थापकों के लिए एग्रीप्रेन्योरशिप ओरिएंटेशन प्रोग्राम (प्री-सीड स्टेज), और स्केल करने के लिए तैयार उद्यमों के लिए स्टार्टअप एग्री-बिजनेस इनक्यूबेशन प्रोग्राम (सीड स्टेज)। कोहॉर्ट्स में व्यावसायिक मेंटरिंग, तकनीकी सहायता, डोमेन विशेषज्ञों तक पहुंच, बाजार संबंध और नेटवर्किंग सहायता शामिल है।

फंडिंग। RKVY-RAFTAAR के तहत, चयनित प्री-सीड कृषि-उद्यमियों को ₹5 लाख तक का अनुदान प्राप्त होता है, जबकि सीड-स्टेज स्टार्टअप्स को चयन और निवेश समिति (SIC) की मंजूरी के अधीन ₹25 लाख तक की वित्तीय सहायता मिल सकती है। अनुदान मील के पत्थर से जुड़े, बिना इक्विटी वाले समर्थन के रूप में वितरित किए जाते हैं।

पात्रता। कृषि, कृषि-विपणन, खाद्य प्रसंस्करण, फसल-कटाई के बाद के प्रबंधन, कृषि-लॉजिस्टिक्स और संबद्ध ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में काम करने वाले स्टार्टअप्स और महत्वाकांक्षी उद्यमी पात्र हैं। IEF पोर्टल के माध्यम से कोहॉर्ट-वार आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं।

प्रभाव। IEF ने 800 से अधिक स्टार्टअप्स को इनक्यूबेट किया है, 300 से अधिक उद्यमों के लिए अनुदान सहायता की सिफारिश की है, और ₹39 करोड़ से अधिक की फंडिंग को सक्षम किया है — जिससे CCS NIAM भारत के सबसे सक्रिय एग्री-इनक्यूबेटर्स में से एक बन गया है।
