TBIF incubates technology startups on the IIT Ropar campus. Its work runs in three stages: LEARN for ideation and validation, BUILD for execution and mentorship, and SCALE for growth and leadership.

TBIF अपने काम को तीन चरणों में बताता है। LEARN में विचार और सत्यापन आता है। BUILD में क्रियान्वयन और मेंटरशिप आती है। SCALE में विकास और नेतृत्व आता है। इन्क्यूबेट किए गए स्टार्टअप्स को लगभग 20,000 वर्ग फ़ुट लैब स्पेस और प्रोटोटाइपिंग सुविधाओं तक पहुँच, IIT फ़ैकल्टी से मेंटरशिप, और 180 से अधिक उद्योग मेंटरों का नेटवर्क मिलता है।

सहायता में IP, कानूनी, अनुपालन और CA कार्य भी शामिल हैं। चुने गए स्टार्टअप्स सीड फ़ंडिंग पा सकते हैं, और TBIF उनके लिए निवेशक संपर्क बनाता है।

TBIF ने रक्षा स्टार्टअप्स के लिए खुली कॉल जारी की है, ताकि वह TBIF और DRIF के साथ मिलकर डीप-टेक नवाचार को आगे बढ़ा सके, और SDG 6, स्वच्छ जल और स्वच्छता पर सामाजिक नवाचार के लिए भी। 2026 में इसने EDC India के साथ Certificate of Entrepreneurship Programme भी चलाया, जो 15 February 2026 से 12 सत्रों वाला 10 दिन का कार्यक्रम था, और EmpowerHer चलाया, जो 16 से 20 March 2026 को भोपाल में आयोजित महिला नेतृत्व के लिए पाँच दिन का कार्यक्रम था। ये 2026 के इनटेक तारीख वाले हैं, इसलिए अगले के लिए TBIF साइट देखें।
