Women Startup Program
IncubationLaunched in 2016, this program strengthens entrepreneurial and managerial capabilities of women founders, offering inclusive access, tailored support, and strong networks.
Powered by Kotak BizLabs, the program supports women founders from ideation to scale through a structured two-year journey. It comprises three pathways: the Entrepreneurship Base Program (EBP) for ideation-to-MVP stage founders (5 Weeks, online), the Pre-Incubation Program for MVP development (2 Months, online), and the Incubation Program for scaling and business growth (8 Months, hybrid). Growth-stage ventures are supported by a continuous Scale Hub. Each selected venture will receive a grant of INR 10 lakhs. The program is largely free of cost and NSRCEL does not take equity from ventures.
Incubation Program for Mobility Startups
IncubationA 6-month incubation program for tech and mobility startups, partnering with Maruti Suzuki India Limited.
This program is designed for startups at the MVP/paid pilot–scale-up stage, focusing on digital technologies and mobility innovations for the automotive sector. Program highlights include opportunities for a paid Proof of Concept (PoC) with Maruti Suzuki, access to domain experts, investor connect, prizes up to ₹1 Crore, guidance on regulations, and thorough need assessment with targeted mentoring. The program is free of cost, fully sponsored by NSRCEL and Maruti Suzuki, and no equity is taken from startups. It takes place in a hybrid format.

NSRCEL — द एन.एस. राघवन सेंटर फॉर एंटरप्रेन्योरियल लर्निंग — IIM बैंगलोर का उद्यमिता और नवाचार केंद्र है। 2000 में स्थापित, यह भारत के सबसे पुराने और सबसे सम्मानित अकादमिक इनक्यूबेटरों में से एक है, जो बेंगलुरु के बैनरघट्टा रोड पर स्थित IIM बैंगलोर के परिसर से संचालित होता है। अपने 25 साल के इतिहास में, NSRCEL ने पूर्ण इन्क्यूबेशन के माध्यम से 585+ उद्यमों और अपने Launchpad प्री-इन्क्यूबेशन कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से 1,300+ उद्यमों का समर्थन किया है, जिससे सामूहिक रूप से 6,900 से अधिक प्रत्यक्ष नौकरियां सृजित हुई हैं। पोर्टफोलियो कंपनियों को Qualcomm, Pegasystems, Brillio और Freshworks सहित वैश्विक फर्मों द्वारा अधिग्रहित किया गया है।
