NSRCEL Launchpad 30 is a 5-month sector-agnostic pre-incubation program run by NSRCEL (NS Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning) at IIM Bangalore. The program is built for founders at the idea, prototype, or MVP stage, providing structured mentorship to help them build early-stage ventures. There is no participation fee, and up to two team members including a founder may attend.
The program awards ₹5 lakh grants to the top 3 incubatees at the end of the cohort. All participants receive mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and business professionals, along with credits and discounts from partners including AWS, RazorpayX, Stripe, and Zoho. NSRCEL is one of India's most recognized startup support institutions, and the Launchpad program is their flagship pre-incubation offering for founders who are at the earliest stages of building their venture.
