NSRCEL Launchpad 30 is a 5-month sector-agnostic pre-incubation program run by NSRCEL (NS Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning) at IIM Bangalore. The program is built for founders at the idea, prototype, or MVP stage, providing structured mentorship to help them build early-stage ventures. There is no participation fee, and up to two team members including a founder may attend.
The program awards ₹5 lakh grants to the top 3 incubatees at the end of the cohort. All participants receive mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and business professionals, along with credits and discounts from partners including AWS, RazorpayX, Stripe, and Zoho. NSRCEL is one of India's most recognized startup support institutions, and the Launchpad program is their flagship pre-incubation offering for founders who are at the earliest stages of building their venture.

Launchpad 30 is a 5-month pre-incubation journey that culminates in a performance-based grant: the top 2 incubatees are awarded ₹5 lakh in grant money. Alongside the cash, all participants receive cohort-based workshops covering problem-solution fit, early product-market fit, governance and entrepreneurial mindset; one-on-one mentoring to refine the business model and roadmap with review-based checkpoints; and the NSRCEL Startup Kit with exclusive discounts and credits from partners including AWS, RazorpayX, Stripe and Zoho. There is no participation fee for the program.

No. Launchpad is open to early-stage founders from across India, and solo founders can apply.

How long does Launchpad run?
About five months per cohort, mixing online sessions with two in-person bootcamps in Bengaluru.
Can I reapply to Launchpad if I was not selected?
Yes. NSRCEL accepts past applicants and asks them to highlight the progress made since their previous application.
