The NASSCOM Centre of Excellence (CoE) – IoT & AI, Gurugram, supported by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and the Government of Haryana through Hartron, offers a subsidized zero-equity incubation program designed to accelerate technology startups working in emerging domains such as IoT and Artificial Intelligence.
This incubation program is structured to provide infrastructure, ecosystem access, and enterprise integration opportunities rather than direct grant capital. Selected startups gain access to a subsidized co-working environment and advanced prototyping labs that support product development and technical validation. The program also provides shared complimentary GPU access, enabling AI-focused startups to train and test computational models without bearing high infrastructure costs.
Beyond physical infrastructure, the CoE enables enterprise use-case collaboration, helping startups co-create solutions with industry partners. Startups benefit from mentorship, curated industry connections, cloud credits, and participation in funding connect programs that improve investor readiness. The program also offers brand enhancement, PR visibility, and access to CoE innovation labs, events, and forums that strengthen market positioning.
A notable inclusion is a 50% subsidy for female seats in rental, encouraging greater participation of women entrepreneurs in the technology ecosystem. The initiative emphasizes zero equity participation, meaning startups retain full ownership while leveraging the incubation support ecosystem.
