AIS SPACE

Choosing the right route

• AIS SPACE has one incubation offer. Its website names no separate accelerator, funding round or batch.

How applications work

• The "Join with us" button on its website links to a form that did not open when we checked on 13 October 2026.
• The centre's contact address is aisspace@alameencollege.org.

How selection works

• Its website does not describe how startups are chosen.

Before you apply

• Ask whether the workspace is open to founders from outside Al-Ameen College. The website does not say.
• Ask whether the workspace is available as coworking desks. The website does not say that either.

AIS SPACE is the incubation unit of Al-Ameen College, based in Edathala, Kochi, Kerala. It offers early-stage, technology-based startups a workspace, mentoring, training, and legal and accounting services. Its own pages are dated 2023, so current activity is not confirmed.

Who runs it

Its website describes AIS SPACE as the incubation unit of Al-Ameen College, Edathala, and gives the college as its parent. The centre uses more than one name. Its homepage heading reads "Al Ameenian Incubation and Startup Initiative Foundation", while its page title and header say AIS SPACE. The college's own pages call the centre the "Al-Ameenian Innovation and Business Incubation Centre" (AIBIC), and its navigation lists "Innovation AIS SPACE" and "Pre Incubation Center(AIBIC)" as separate items. The website does not state a legal entity or registration number.

The dates also differ. The website's event listing dates the inauguration of AIS SPACE to 29 March 2023. The college's IEDC cell, which its website says runs under AIBIC, reports that it began functioning in December 2021.

What they support

The website describes its focus as the early stages of a startup's journey, and its mission as technology-based ventures, from ideation to commercialisation. It also says its expertise covers tech, healthcare and social enterprise. It does not state who is eligible, or whether founders from outside Al-Ameen College can apply.

Programmes

The website describes one incubation offer rather than named programmes. It says the centre offers incubation, acceleration, funding and mentorship programmes in general terms, but it names no accelerator, funding round or batch. It states no start date, length, intake cycle, fee or equity terms.

Facilities and support

The centre has a fully equipped workspace for incubated startups, with high-speed internet, printing and scanning services and meeting rooms. Incubated startups also get customised mentorship, training and workshops, legal and accounting services, and networking opportunities. The website does not say whether the workspace is available as coworking desks.

Track record

The homepage shows counters for 12 startups incubated, 8 startups that have launched, and 86 jobs created. These are the centre's own figures, and the page gives no date for them. The website names one incubated company, Micro Red Solutions, a one-person IT services company that it says is now incubated there.

Recent activity

The centre's event listings run from March to July 2023, and its footer carries a 2023 copyright. A news item on the college's website, dated 12 January 2026, reports that the Kerala Startup Mission is organising a Startup 360 programme at AISPACE on 15 January, for entrepreneurs across Kerala. That is a state mission event held at the premises, not a programme run by AIS SPACE, and it does not by itself confirm the centre's current operations.

Associations

The website says the centre associates with government agencies and NGOs, naming DIC, KIED, Start-up Mission, BIC MG University, YIP and IIM Kozhikode. These are associations the website names. It does not claim any accreditation from them.

Location
